Nanotechnology in Food

Term: Fall 2018


This project investigated recent developments of nanotechnology in the food sector to understand the effects nanoparticles will have on human health and to propose a safe method for their implementation in food. Additionally, multiple stakeholders were interviewed to understand how consumers form opinions on products and to design a method to positively shape their opinion of nanotechnology in food.
